This site is a tribute to Elizabeth (Betty) Ballantine who was a much loved wife, mother, sister, auntie and grandmother who's character left an imprint on anybody who met her with a light on if anybody was ever looking for shelter in turbulent waters.
A devoted grandmother to her two grandchildren who she adored and her husband who she has nursed and cared for over the last 15 years despite her own declining health. Never once did she complain of the cards that she was dealt knowing that there was only going to be one conclusion.
God bless you Mum - you were one unique individual, never to be replaced and going to leave a massive hole in our lives from now on.
